Filmmaker Trinadha Rao Nakkina, who is basking in the success of Nenu Local, is in the race to direct Ram Charan in a youthful entertainer, say reports. The Cinema Chupistha Mama director, known for presenting his protagonists with a strong attitude and unique characterisation, has reportedly pitched a story to the actor, and is awaiting his response. The project is going to be a quick one and if everything falls in place, producer Dil Raju will be backing it.

“Before kick-starting the proceedings for Koratala Siva’s film, Charan wants to work in a quickie and has initiated talks with Dil Raju, who suggested Trinadha Rao’s name. It’s going to a youthful mass entertainer,” says a source.

When CE contacted Dil Raju, the producer refused to divulge the details. “The talks are on for a project with Ram Charan, but the director and other details are yet to be finalised. If there is an update, I will make a formal announcement soon,” he said.
