Nikhil in Kirik Party remake?

Actor Nikhil Siddharth has teamed up with debutant director Sharan Koppishetty for his next rumoured to be a remake of Kannada blockbuster Kirik Party. The film will be produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner. Touted to be youthful entertainer, the film is set in a college backdrop and has dialogues by Chandoo Mondeti and screenplay by Sudheer Varma.

The filmmakers are now looking for eight actors and three actresses aged between 18-30 years. “The film will focus on college life and politics. The script work is underway and the shooting will commence soon,” says a source.

Directed by Rishab Shetty, Kirik Party tracks the lives of a few students at an engineering college. The film gained more accolades and swept many awards at all the popular award functions.
