Express Features

It looks like filmmaker Suseenthiran is not exactly excited that his films haven’t been recognised by the recently annoounced State Film Awards for 2009-2014.

The announcement came on Thursday and he has now shared a handwritten Tamil letter on his Twitter account that reads: “I thank TN CM for announcing the awards after a long gap. Also, I express my disappointment on the selection committee, which did not consider my films. In particular, my National Award winning film, Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai, and Naan Magaan Alla. In the category for Best Climax Fight, I am surprised that Anal Arasu (stunt director) was not selected.”
