Director Boyapati Srinu, who is known for dishing out high-voltage actioners, has sprung a surprise with the latest teaser of his upcoming Jaya Janaki Nayaka.

Contrary to the expectations, the video neither has a punch dialogue from the protagonist nor a signature action sequence of Boyapati. Rather, it’s high on visuals, refreshing chemistry of the lead pair — Rakul Preet Singh and Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas with some soothing background score of music composer Devi Sri Prasad.

Looks like Boyapati is trying to prove a point to his detractors that he is not only adept at making powerful mass entertainers but also equally good at delivering breezy romantic entertainers.
