It looks like the second part of Charlie Chaplin is going to be a loyal sequel to the original, as Prabhu, who teamed up with Prabhudheva in the 2002 film, has returned for the sequel as well. The actor joined the sets for the second schedule which started on Friday.

With Shakti Chidambaram returning as the director, the film stars Nikki Galrani and Adah Sharma as the female leads, and also features Vivek Prasanna of Meyadha Maan fame. The first schedule of the film was recently wrapped up in Goa. A statement released by the producer T Siva, said he's "proud to have the legendary actor in the project." Amresh is composing the music, while Soundararajan is the cinematographer for this film.
