Rumours are abuzz that Ajith and filmmaker Siva might team up again, and it's likely to be a period film. 

A source close to the director says, "Both Ajith and Siva share a good rapport with each other and are comfortable doing films together. More than anything else, Ajith believes in positive energy, which Siva has in abundance." The source goes on to say that though offers are pouring in for Siva to work with other actors, he's always been there when Ajith calls him. "It's too early to reveal anything more. But if this film happens, Siva will pick a different genre, which he hasn't done before."

It must also be noted that Ajith hasn't signed any film after Vivegam, which has been a huge hit at the box office since its release last week. We hear Sathya Jyothi Films, who produced Vivegam, may bankroll this fourth collaboration between the actor and filmmaker as well. It must be noted that earlier Ajith-Siva collaborations such as Veeram and Vedalam have also struck gold.
