The shooting of Howrah Bridge, a Tamil-Kannada bilingual, starring Priyanka Upendra of Mummy - Save Me fame, will start from September 4. Directed by Lohith, this thriller, is bankrolled by JSK Film Corporation, who have produced women-centric films like Taramani, Aarohanam and Andava Kanom.

According to sources, the entire film is set in Kolkata and will be shot there for a month. "The story revolves around a single mother and how the city impacts her life. Priyanka will be seen the role of the single mother and Aishwarya will play her daughter.”
