Dhanush to team up with his brother?

The VIP 2 actor says he may reunite with his director brother for a project next year

Dhanush, whose VIP 2 released recently, says he may reunite with his filmmaker brother Selvaraghavan next year for a project.The brothers have previously worked together on Kadhal Kondein, Pudhupettai and Mayakkam Enna.

The actor denies the rumours about him distancing himself from his brother and clarified that they have not worked together work for a long time because they like to space out their films. He also stated that they have have been planning to work together and the plan might materialise next year, once they lock a script.

Asked if the rumours about Pudhupettai 2 were true, Dhanush says that the idea of doing a sequel is there in the pipeline, and once his brother locks in the script they'd start working on the project 

Meanwhile, Dhanush has wrapped up work on his Hollywood project The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. In Tamil, he has Maari 2, Vada Chennai and Enai Nokki Paayum Thota in his kitty. With regards to Maari 2, the actor says that aside from Kajal Aggarwal, the rest of the cast has been retained from part one. He also adds that the sequel will start from where the first part left off.
