Currently awaiting the release of the Murugadoss-Mahesh Babu bilingual Spyder, which has her in the lead, Rakul Preet Singh is said to have signed Suriya’s untitled project directed by Selvaraghavan. The actress herself confirmed this in one of her recent interviews. She is also a part of Suriya’s brother Karthi’s film, Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru.

Suriya, who’s currently shooting for Thaana Serndha Kootam, will be acting in Selvaraghavan’s direction next, and this venture will be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures. With this film, Rakul becomes one of the few actresses who has had the opportunity to work with both of Sivakumar's sons. Yet another interesting buzz is that the Sarrainodu star is the top contender for Vijay 62 as well, which is to be directed by AR Murugadoss.
