Actress Eesha Rebba, who was last seen in Ami Thumi, has been signed on to play the female lead in a new film Brand Babu. The film directed by renowned television presenter Prabhakar has story and screenplay by director Maruthi.

“The shooting has begun in July and Eesha will join the sets in mid-August. It’s going to be an exciting role and she plays a spirited girl,” reveals a source.

Produced under the umbrella of Maruthi Talkies, the film features Kannada producer Shailendra Babu’s son Sumanth Babu in the lead.
