Actor Aditya Shrivastava has a cameo appearance in Vanrakshak, a new film out on ShemarooMe. Aditya plays Ajay Singh, a training officer for forest guards who also trains the film’s protagonist Chunni Lal.

Directed by Pawan Kumar Sharma, the film deals with deforestation and the destruction of nature. The cast is led by Yashpal Sharma, Dhirendra Thakur, and Falak Khan among others.

“The character of Ajay Singh is tough and has a strong attitude,” Aditya shares. “He not only trains them physically but also psychologically so that they can work efficiently in forests amidst wild animals and wild mafias.”

Aditya feels it’s important to spread awareness about conservation through films. “In my opinion, if we don't take care of our nature then nature will not take care of us. So in current times also we are going through it is because we have never obeyed the balance of nature.”

Vanrakshak, Aditya adds, delivers an important message through ‘a beautiful story’. “My experience of work in this film was great,” he says.
