Vir Das: You would soon see me in US TV show

The stand-up comedian opens up about his new special called Inside Out

Popular stand-up comedian Vir Das has come up with a new stand-up special titled Inside Out, which is a series of live performances on Zoom for audiences across the world. In the latest edition of Time Pass, a series of webinars conducted by The New Indian Express group, Vir shared about the show with senior journalist Kaveree Bamzai and TNIE’s Entertainment Editor Sudhir Srinivasan. 

Over the course of the conversation, Vir said like everyone he is also uncertain about his upcoming ventures and it is up to the government and the health experts to decide what is in store for all of us. However, he does have some good news. "I think you might be seeing me in a US TV show in few months," he said. 

Vir Das also spoke about his Delhi Belly co-star Poorna Jagannath, who is one of the busiest TV actors in the US. He said, "She is killing it there. But we knew she would... we have seen her performance in Delhi Belly. She was fantastic in that."
