Day begins with dancing for Velmurugan's singing debut, Madura Kulunga from Subramaniapuram

Nominations was done with a twist. Two photos. One Bonfire. And you burn your opponent to ashes! A bit dramatic, yes... but what is BB 4 without drama

Shivani and Samyuktha echo our sentiments when we heard there were not 3 or 5 or even 7 nominations. This week we have 11!

The hot-cold behaviour between Sanam and Bala continue... Bala looks straight at Sanam and says, 'Hey you... you will be evicted' Nermaiya pesinaalum oru nyaaya dharmam venaama?

She came. She talked. She conquered. Anitha was the host of today's Vijayadasami function and who'd have guessed her non-stop entertainment would have ended the way it did... Wait and read!

Is it a Picasso? Is it a Monet? Is it a MF Hussain? Well... it is the Bigg Boss housemates painting their own golus for the evening function.

Even when making sweets, the sourness among the housemates are high. This time, playful Bala is reprimanded by a serious Suresh as they are engaged in a desserts cook-off

The house, divided as Nagarapuram (city) and Graamapuram (Rural), have fun ribbing on each other

Sanam/Bala (City) and Archana/Suresh (Rural) prepare Payasam and Kesari, respectively.

At the end of the day, there could be just one winner, and SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!! It is Sanam and Bala who win this round. The Kesari was a bit too sweet... well, Suresh isn't exactly pleased

Can there be a sour loser after a sweet round? YEs, if the loser is Suresh, who points out that payasam had mud from the jaggery and hair from the city cooks. Well... situation does get diffused soon

Nalla ela saapaadu for the housemates who also indulge in some nice banter about who should dispose the elais... I half expected a Chinna Gounder redux

Another touching moment from this episode was the presence of a wishing frame where the contestants sent their wishes back home. A few smiles, a few tears, and everything in between

Remember Seven stones. Bigg Boss did, and a fun round ensued between the two groups who left 'no stone unturned' to come up trumps. See what I did there? Please to see...

Touching Moment #2 Men of the house say heartfelt nice things about the women of the house. Bala plays Marc Antony but the rest say some touching things.

Velmurugan steals the hearts of the women in the house, the men in the house, and the audience in their houses with his musical tribute to the women in BB, and family in general

Well, the scene shifts outside where a fun time is planned through three rounds of iyal, isai, naatakam

But it begins with a pooja of sorts where Suresh asks a 'sumangali' to begin the proceedings. The word that marked the beginning of the end of this tumultuous episode

The ticking time bomb began ticking with the kolavai sound and chants of Shakthi to invoke prosperity in the house

Aari and Ramya deliver fiery and rousing speeches about which is better? The Rural life or the City life... But there is just one answer, right? The Bigg Boss life...

Gabriella set the stage on fire with her performance for the Dia Dia Dol number from Avan Ivan that got everyone letting their hair down and dancing... I did too.

Shivani got to groove for her favourite Darling Dambakku number. By now, every housemate seems to have put on their dancing shoes and it was fun to see them just stepping up and dancing!

Dance done, drama on. And the city team's skit ended with a top beatboxing performance by Som and Aajeedh singing why Chennai is the best

The rural team enacted quite a high-voltage drama powered by brilliant performances, especially by Velmurugan, Suresh and Archana

That 'sumangali' word became a bone of contention as Anitha felt saying these terms can hurt or lead to ostracisation. Suresh didn't take it lightly. Anitha feels a generalisation was taken personal.

Briefly putting aside the tiff, the teams got together to play a fun game of Dumb Charades.

And we are back with the tiff. Negotiations were attempted. Anger was evident. Basically... all's not so well that didn't quite end well... Four hours of fun undone? Naah... it was just another day
