Bigg Boss 4 Day 56 Highlights: Samyuktha is the eviction of the week; Rio's captaincy is rated

Host Kamal Haasan started the show with a short monologue about 'Good and Bad'. As always, a few subtle political jabs too

Kamal Haasan started addressing the House with advice. 'Be yourself. Don't worry about how it comes across to the screens,' he said

Samyuktha's usage of the word 'galeej' came under discussion and Sanam spoke about why it hurt her

The 'insult on motherhood' issue was addressed next, and Samyuktha told that Aari's remark was hurtful to her as a mother

The host then played a short video clip of the incident to show what Aari actually said. Kamal Haasan reiterated that Aari's remark wasn't about Samyuktha's motherhood

Samyuktha didn't buy the explanation and kept defending her point of view

The host asked the rest of the House for their opinions on the issue, and also said, 'If Aari had insulted motherhood, this episode would have turned brutal to him.'

While addressing Samyuktha's 'bringing up' remark, Kamal Haasan advised the contestants and the audience to not use personal remarks to insult anyone

During the break, Aari and Samyuktha made peace with each other

Kamal Haasan praised Ramesh for his performance at the caller task

Kamal Haasan praised Somu as well, and Somu was saved from the eviction

Ramya's tactic during the caller task backfired, as the host asked her to give reasons to nominate all the participants

Rio's captaincy was rated by the housemates. Interestingly, Ramya and Sanam gave only 1 star to his captaincy, while Bala gave the full quota

Esther by Vanna Nilavan was the book recommendation of the week by Kamal Haasan

Now it was all between Samyuktha, Ramesh and Nisha

The House gave a really heartwarming send-off to their fellow housemate. As Aajeedh sang a song, Samyuktha lead the house to a dance

Aajeedh was inconsolable with Samyuktha's departure. Samyuktha was like a mother to him, and he will definitely feel her absence in the House

'Rayan will be proud of you,' said Kamal Haasan to Samyuktha while discussing her experience with the show

Bigg Boss played a tribute video to Samyuktha. It was a rollercoaster of a journey for Samyuktha till the end

Samyuktha expressed her gratitude to all the viewers and to her family

Post the show, Aari discussed about the Samyuktha's motherhood issue as well as Bala's behaviour to Nisha, Archana and Ramesh

Sanam was glad about how the show was going on and expressed the same to Bala and Anitha
