This is the only movie Salman Khan and Sonali Bendre were paired opposite each other.

Sonali joined Raveena, Urmila, Manisha Koirala, Kajol, Twinkle, Preity, Madhuri, Rani, Kareena, Katrina & Anushka as one of the actresses to have paired opposite all 3 Khans - Aamir, SRK and Salman

Anil Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor were the first choice's for Mohnish Behl's role.

This is the only film starring Salman and Karisma in which they aren't paired opposite each other.

Monish Bahl prepared himself for the role by keeping his hands in pockets even before the shoot started.

In the film, Saif Ali Khan and Karisma Kapoor were paired opposite each other. Little did they know, Saif would later marry Karisma's sister, Kareena and Karisma would become Saif's sister-in-law.

Rishi Kapoor was offered the role of Neelam's husband but he refused.

Madhuri Dixit was initially offered Tabu's role, but she declined.

Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya had parted ways for some years after the film's release because of Salman's Black Buck hunting incident on location which had annoyed the entire Rajshri team.

Manisha Koirala was also offered Tabu's role, but she had all her dates blocked for Mann.

Nitish Bharadwaj was approached for Mahesh Thakur's role .

Earning over ₹810 million worldwide, Hum Saath-Saath Hain went on to become the highest-grossing film of the year.

Lyricist Raghvendra Singh worked as an Assistant Director in the film.

The film was also dubbed into the Telugu and released with the title Premaanuraagam.
