SS Rajamouli, the king of Tollywood, up with 2 of the top stars, Ram Charan and Jr NTR, for his upcoming period-epic, RRR.

Ever since its announcement, the film has created a huge buzz among Tollywood trade and movie buffs alike, especially with Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt playing crucial roles as well.

Mounted on a budget of Rs 350 crore, RRR, which straddles the lives of younger versions of freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, is slated for a pan-India release on July 31.

Prabhas turned into a pan-India star after Baahubali. Although Saaho failed at the BO, it managed to create unparalleled hype nationwide. Prabhas's next is Jaan, a love story helmed by K Radha Krishna

Set in 1970s Europe backdrop, the period drama shows the Baahubali actor as a palm reader and its leading lady, Pooja Hegde as a school teacher.

Megastar Chiranjeevi made a strong comeback with Khaidhi No 150 and made his presence felt at box-office with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He is teaming up next with the Koratala Siva for a film.

Tentatively titled Acharya, the film will talk about how a Brahmin priest-turned-naxalite-turned-social reformer launches a fight against the Endowments Department over misappropriation.

Rana and Guna Sekhar have been working on their dream project, Hiranyakashipa, for the past 2 years. The high budget film made on a scale on par with Baahubali will be released in multiple languages.

After Arya and Arya-2, Allu Arjun and Sukumar are teaming up again for their third collaboration. The untitled project will be set in the backdrop of red sanders smuggling in the Nallamala forest.

Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo directed by Trivikram Srinivas and Mahesh Babu-starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru helmed by Anil Ravipudi will clash this Sankranthi.

However, the Producers Guild of Telugu cinema has convinced the makers to release one after the other, on consecutive days.

Anushka Shetty and Madhavan are teaming up for this suspense thriller, titled Nishabdham. It is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, and will be dubbed into Malayalam, Hindi and English.

Nani will next be seen playing a baddie in his mentor-director Indraganti Mohankrishna’s multi-starrer V (for Violence). The makers are confident that Nani is going to weave magic in his new avatar.

We will get to see Mahesh Babu joining hands with his Maharshi director, Vamshi Paidaipally, for an action entertainer. The film is likely to go on floors in summer.

We also have Balakrishna relying on his instinct and has been assigned to play a Chief Minister’s role in his next directed by Boyapati Sreenu.

Nikhil, who debuted with Happy Days, has now become one of the promising actors in Telugu. His next film Karthikeya 2 directed by Chandoo Mondeti is yet another pan-Indian film in the pipeline.

Venkatesh will play a middle-aged man fighting caste oppression in the Telugu remake of Asuran. Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film will also star Priya Mani, reprising Manju Warrier's role.

After not-so-successful 2019, Nagarjuna is betting big on his cop-drama Wild Dog. The Ashishor Solomon film has the actor essaying the role of an NIA officer

Vijay Deverakonda is going to come guns blazing with World Famous Lover. A quirky romedy directed by Kranthi Madhav, the film slated for release on February 14

Actor Ram, who is back to his winning ways, is set to appear in director Kishore Tirumala's Red. A remake of Tamil hit Thadam, the film will feature the iSmart Shankar actor in a double role.

Naga Shaurya's crime-thriller Ashwathama will be hitting the screens during the Republic Day week.
