Following Fathima Babu's captaincy recommendations, Tharshan, Sandy and Abhirami perform a task named Mattikittiye Mannaru

The task involves them being connected to each other through a belt. The person who breaks the chain will be eliminated from the captaincy contention

There... the reaction says it all. Sandy is no fan of the task. At the request of other house mates, he is the first to withdraw from the task which leaves.....

Tharshan and Abhirami. Tharshan sacrifices himself and lets Abhirami win as he feels that there's a lot of opposition for her.

Meanwhile, Sakshi says that she senses an attitude change in Kavin, who doesn't react aggressively. Hmm, a soft corner? Maybe?

Madhumitha is of the opinion that the dressing sense and behavior of women leads to issues like rape and crime. Abhirami asks the former to choose her words with care.

The nominations begin for this week's eviction. Bigg Boss announces that Madhumitha, Mohan Vaidya, Saravanan, Vanitha and Meera are up for eviction this weekend.

Vanitha keeps interrupting the conversation between Abhirami, Sherin and Sakshi. Abhirami walks off calling the place a fish market which is followed by a huge shoutout from Vanitha.

Abhirami reluctantly apologizes and leaves. Tharshan comes to her defense, becoming the second act of kindness he has done for the day to Abhirami.

Vanitha and Reshma talk to Madhumitha about her conversation with Abhirami. Madhumitha clarifies what she said earlier which is received well by Vanitha

What started as a one-on-one conversation blows up as Vanitha accuses Abhirami of misquoting Madhumitha in front of everyone. The issue got bigger before...

Cheran steps in. He tells Madhumitha that each individual is entitled to have his/her opinion. He also tells Abhirami that she should have dealt the matter differently as a house captain

Madhumita and Abhirami apologise to each other and bury the week-long hatchet and start afresh

The day ends with Losliya motivating Abhirami by reminding why she entered the house in the first place.
