The trailer of Babil Khan’s upcoming film Logout was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. Written by Biswapati Sarkar and directed by Amit Golani, the film also stars Rasika Dugal, Gandharv Dewan and Nimisha Nair in pivotal roles.

In the film, Babil plays an influencer, Pratyush aka Pratman, who is just short of reaching 10 million followers on social media. He is addicted to his phone, as is revealed during a conversation he has with his sister played by Rasika. When his phone is misplaced, it sends him into an anxious fury as he is seen searching for it everywhere. It is revealed later that the phone is in control of his obsessive fan who will go to any lengths to demand attention from Pratyush. In the end, he is seen asking her, “You really think I will kill myself for 10 million followers?”. To which his fan replies, “Not for 10 million followers, for one follower.” The trailer is filled with some intense moments where Babil's character is seen negotiating with the fan who has violent intentions.

The film is produced by Sameer Saxena, Saurabh Khanna, Amit Golani and Biswapati Sarkar. It will be released on ZEE5 on April 18.
