Netflix's Ronja the Robber's Daughter trailer is out 

The series is being released in two parts, the first of which will be released on Netflix on March 28

Netflix dropped the trailer for the fantasy series Ronja the Robber's Daughter. The series is an adaptation of the popular fantasy tale by Astrid Lindgren. 

Ronja the Robber's Daughter,  follows the adventures of a spirited and rebellious girl, Ronja, who was born into a gang of robbers in a medieval Scandinavian castle. As Ronja grows up, she discovers the magical but dangerous forest with its strange and mysterious creatures. When Ronja meets the young boy Birk from a rival gang, it marks the beginning of a dark family feud, and a forbidden friendship emerges, all while a notorious bailiff arrives to rid the forest of robbers once and for all. 

The series is being released in two parts, the first of which will be released on Netflix on March 28. The second part is yet to get a release date. 

The series has been adapted by Hans Rosenfeldt.
