Netflix released the trailer of the upcoming Mea Culpa, on Thursday. An American legal thriller, the film is written and directed by Tyler Perry. The film stars Kelly Rowland in the lead role alongside Trevante Rhodes. 

The official synopsis of Mea Culpa reads, "A criminal defence attorney (Kelly Rowland) agrees to defend a seductive artist (Trevante Rhodes) accused of murdering his girlfriend. But when desire takes hold, her big case takes a dangerous turn." 

Sean Sagar, Nick Sagar, RonReaco Lee, Shannon Thornton, Angela Robinson, Kerry O'Malley, and Connor Well, form the supporting cast of Mea Culpa. The film is backed by     
Tyler Perry Studios. 

Mea Culpa is all set to premiere on Netflix on February 23.
