Trailer video of Bridgerton's season 3 has been released on Thursday by the makers.

Season 3 of this regency love story focuses on the romantic pairing of Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton). The trailer introduces newcomer Sam Phillips as Lord Debling, forging a love triangle between Featherington, Bridgerton and Debling.

While Colin Bridgerton calls the relationship between him and Penelope a friendship, sooner as she moves closer to Debling, asks doesn't love begin with friendship. Season 3 is expected to answer the courtship dilemma of the third Bridgerton son.

Along with Sam Phillips, season 3 also brings two more new actors - Daniel Francis and James Phoon.

Created by Chris Van Dusen, Bridgerton is based on the eponymous novel franchise by Julia Quinn. The spinoff of the series, titled Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, premiered on Netflix earlier this year and portrayed the life of the Queen and King George III.

The third season of Bridgerton will be released in two parts on May 16, 2024, and June 13, 2024, respectively
