The first single from Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming film DSP is out. Titled Nalla Irumaa, it's a fun wedding song composed by D Imman. Udit Narayanan is making his comeback to Tamil after a long gap with this song. He has sung it along with Chinna Machan-fame Senthil Ganesh, and Maalavika Sundar. Vijay Muthupandi has penned the lyrics.

Directed by Ponram, DSP is billed as a mass entertainer in which Vijay Sethupathi essays a cop named M Vascodagama. Former Miss India World Anukreety Vas is the female lead. Shivani Narayanan, Cooku with Comali-fame Pugazh, Ilavarasu, Gnanasammandhan, Deepa, and Singampuli are also part of the cast.

DSP has cinematography by Venkatesh S and Dinesh Krishnan B. Vivek Harshan is editing the film, which is produced by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam. The makers have confirmed that the film will be a December release, but the exact date has not yet been announced.

Vijay Sethupathi, last seen in the Malayalam film 19(1)(a), has a handful of projects lined up including Michael, Merry Christmas, Viduthalai, Mumbaikar, and Jawan.
