The Parvathy Thiruvothu-starrer Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar has crossed the ₹50 crore mark at the worldwide box office, announced the makers on Sunday through social media. The investigative thriller achieved the milestone on Sunday, the 17th day since its theatrical release on September 11.

Directed by Shahad, Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar stars Parvathy as Aleena, a woman who joins the police force on compassionate grounds following the death of her husband. The film follows four low-ranked police officers, including Aleena, who find themselves caught in a dangerous situation after an unexpected encounter and attempt to conceal the truth. The film pits Aleena and her colleagues against Haris Meeran, a seasoned investigator played by Vijayaraghavan.

Alongside Parvathy and Vijayaraghavan, the film features Mathew Thomas, Sidharth Bharathan, Unnimaya Prasad and Azeez Nedumangad in pivotal roles. Sai Kumar, Vinay Forrt, R Parthiban, Jayashree Sivadas, Praveen Kumar, Siraj and Niyas Backer are also part of the cast.

Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar is jointly scripted by PS Subramaniam and Vijesh Thottingal. Roby Varghese Raj handles the cinematography, while Chaman Chakko is the editor and Mujeeb Majeed has composed the music. The technical crew also includes production designer Mahesh Mohan and sound designer Jayadevan Chakkadath. Produced by Arjun Selva under the banner of 11 Icons Film Productions, the film marks Parvathy's first police role in Malayalam cinema.
