A fan has asked Sachin Tendulkar about his meeting with Sanju Samson during the recent T20I World Cup and what they have discussed at the time. Sanju recently mentioned that he had been in touch with Sachin for months and that they used to have lengthy conversations about cricket. In his warm reply, Sachin revealed that he has told Sanju, “Poo Mone Dinesha,” referencing a popular line from Mohanlal in the 2000 blockbuster Narasimham.

Sanju then shared Sachin’s post on his Instagram Stories space and requested Mohanlal to explain the true meaning of the iconic dialogue in this particular context. Naturally, the cricketer found Mohanlal the best person to explain its meaning.

Responding to Sanju, Mohanlal came up with a witty and heartwarming explanation. He said that when Sachin Tendulkar hits a six, it is a message to the bowler, challenging him to try the next delivery. He also appreciated Sanju, saying that his bat is now delivering the same message.

Encouraging the cricketer to keep going, Mohanlal added that the next bowler is waiting for him.

The camaraderie between the legendary actor and the cricketer received an overwhelming response from fans. Fan pages and social media accounts have been enthusiastically celebrating the delightful exchange between the two.

Sanju Samson has often expressed his admiration for Mohanlal. For example, when his place in the Indian Cricket Team was under scrutiny before the T20I World Cup, cricket expert Sanjay Manjarekar asked Sanju about his role in the team. In response, drawing a parallel between Mohanlal's versatility and his own role, he said, "I have also been playing for my country for the last 10 years. So I cannot say that I can only do a hero role. I need to be a villain. I need to be a joker. I need to actually play around. Why can't I be a good villain also?"
