Chiyaan Vikram has given fans another reason to cheer after sharing a viral awareness reel by the Kerala Police on his Instagram Stories, marking the first time the actor has publicly reposted one of the many fan-made versions inspired by his recent birthday video. The original clip, shared by Vikram on April 17 for his 60th birthday, quickly became a social media trend. Since then, numerous content creators have recreated the now-famous moment in humorous and imaginative ways, placing the actor in a variety of comic situations. However, it is the Kerala Police version that has now come into the spotlight after being acknowledged by the star himself.

Created as an anti-drug awareness message, the reel features Malayalam actor Jibin Gopinath of Dies Irae and Kalamkaval fame, who is also known as a cop-turned-actor. The video uses the viral format to deliver a message against narcotic use, with Vikram appearing to keep a watchful eye on the character played by Jibin, who’ll be making his Tamil debut with Vetri Maaran and Simbu's Arasan.
