Ranbir Kapoor has joined the growing list of admirers of the Kalyani Priyadarshan-starrer Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra and composer Jakes Bejoy's soundtrack for the film. The Bollywood actor, who turned 43 on Sunday, went live on Instagram from the page of his lifestyle brand Arks to celebrate his birthday with fans, answering questions and sharing personal anecdotes.

When asked about the one song he currently cannot stop listening to, Ranbir replied, “One song which I truly love is 'Barbaad' from Saiyaara. I really like that song. I like the music of Lokah. I recently saw the film and it was just excellent. I like 'Sahiba' – it is a great song. I am usually a Spotify Top 50 person, the India Top 50 or the Global Top 50. Usually, I discover music from there.”

His words delighted fans of the Malayalam blockbuster, which has already become a milestone for the industry by crossing ₹275 crore worldwide. The makers of Lokah also officially announced on Saturday that the second chapter of the mythic universe is on the way. During the live, Ranbir also shared a heart-warming moment about the birthday gift he received from his daughter, Raha. “Raha made me a promise that she will give me 43 kisses, so I got that!” he said with a smile. Ranbir and Alia married in April 2022 and welcomed Raha later that year in November.

On the professional front, the Animal actor will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War alongside Alia and Vicky Kaushal, set to release on March 20, 2026.
