A while ago, actor Mahima Nambiar took to her Instagram Stories to call out a user with multiple accounts who is putting “silly and disrespectful comments under” her posts. The actor says that she is bringing the issue to our attention as she has run out of patience, having persisted with it for quite a while now. “I have been patient with both this Instagram user and a specific YouTube channel, but this behaviour has continued,” she wrote.

Without taking any names, Mahima emphasised the mutual expectation of privacy. “I do not interfere in your personal matters, and I expect the same respect in return,” she wrote. “Repeated defaming and disrespectful comments are not acceptable.” She concluded her post with a stern and unambiguous legal threat, saying that if the user and the YouTube channel fail to immediately cease the specified behaviour, she is ready to pursue legal action and sue them. "This is your final warning,” she wrote.

Mahima was last seen in Bromance, opposite Arjun Ashokan and Mathew Thomas. Her upcoming projects include Mandaadi, opposite Soori and Sathyaraj. Long back, she was also announced as part of the cast of Bell Bottom, the Tamil remake of a Kannada film of the same name from director Sathya Shiva alongside Krishna.
