Earlier, we reported about Mammootty going to London for the shoot of his film Patriot, a multi-starrer directed by Mahesh Narayanan. The visit brought Mammootty back together with his Big B co-star Manoj K Jayan, who lives in London. The other day, Manoj posted a photograph featuring him with his Big B co-actor and reinforced the audience about the latter's health status. Referring to the legendary actor's iconic dialogue from Big B, Manoj wrote, "London may not be the old London, but Bilal is the same old Bilal." Manoj expressed his happiness at seeing his co-star healthy and back doing what he loves doing. "Mammokka is really happy and in good health. Thank God," he wrote.

Patriot brings Mammootty back together with Mohanlal for the first time after a brief scene in Ranjith's 2013 film Kadal Kadannu Oru Maathukutty. The film also stars Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, Nayanthara, Revathy, Darshana Rajendran, and Zarin Shihab, among others.

Recently, the film's producer Anto Joseph revealed that the makers plan to wrap its production by December 15, with an eye on releasing it in April next year.
