Tamil actor Kathir, best known for his performances in Pariyerum Perumal and the web series Suzhal, has joined the cast of the upcoming Malayalam film I'm Game. Headlined by Dulquer Salmaan, the film is directed by RDX-fame Nahas Hidhayath. This is Kathir's second Malayalam film after debuting with Vikruthi director Emcy Joseph's Meesha, which is currently in the post-production stage.

Meanwhile, I'm Game started rolling in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday. While Dulquer is yet to join the team, the pooja function was attended by Antony Varghese Pepe and Tamil filmmaker Mysskin, who are also playing important roles.

I'm Game, confirmed as a sports-based thriller, is jointly written by Sajeer Baba, Bilal Moidu, and Ismail Aboobacker. It has dialogues penned by Adarsh Sukumaran and Shabas Rasheed, who wrote the screenplay of RDX. Cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, music director Jakes Bejoy, editor Chaman Chakko, and production designer Ajayan Chalissery are part of the technical team.

Produced by Dulquer and Jom Varghese, the film will also be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
