Mohanlal's latest film Thudarum has opened to a highly positive response from all corners. If early box office figures and booking status are anything to go by, the film is on course to become a massive hit during this vacation season. Overwhelmed by the response, Mohanlal shared a note of gratitude on social media.

The actor, 'deeply moved and truly humbled by the love and heartfelt response', thanked the audience for embracing the film. He also mentioned producer Renjith M, director Tharun Moorthy, co-writer KR Sunil, cinematographer Shaji Kumar, music director Jakes Bejoy, actors Shobhana, Binu Pappu, Prakash Varma, and the 'extraordinary team' for their 'true artistry and passion', which made Thudarum what it is. Mohanlal also called it a 'true blessing' to see a film made with care, purpose, and truth resonate so deeply.

Thudarum, a family drama that later turns into a revenge story, has Mohanlal playing an ordinary man ready to go to any extent for his family. The actor's performance as Shanmugham aka Benz has widely been lauded as one of his best in recent times.
