Vaazha - Biopic of a Billion Boys will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from September 23, announced the makers on Wednesday. The film, released theatrically on August 15, opened to generally positive reviews from both the critics and general audiences. It is directed by Anand Menen, who previously helmed Gauthamante Radham, and scripted by Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey-fame Vipin Das.

Vaazha features Romancham-fame Siju Sunny, Amith Mohan Rajeswari, Anuraj OB, Joemon Jyothir, Anu and Saafboi in the lead roles. The film also stars Basil Joseph, Azees Nedumangad, Kottayam Nazeer, Arunsol, Noby Marcose and Jibin Gopinath, among others. Its technical crew includes cinematographer Aravind Puthussery and editor Kannan Mohan.

An excerpt from the CE review of Vaazha reads, "Writer Vipin Das, who smashed misogyny and patriarchy with his fun-yet-thought-provoking Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey (2022), turns his lens this time towards men. Though not as effective, he still puts some relevant points forward. The constant pressure to live up to parents' and societal expectations is the most prominent among them."

Vaazha is produced by Vipin's banner WBTS Productions in collaboration with ICON Studios and Imagin Cinemas, led by Harris Desom, PB Anish and Adarsh Narayan.
