Honey Rose ventures into film production

The actor said it feels like her "duty and destiny" to expand her involvement in the industry

Actor Honey Rose, known for her work in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films, has announced that she is venturing into film production. The actor launched the title logo of her production house, Honey Rose Varghese (HRV) Productions, on her birthday, which also coincided with Teachers' Day. Describing this new step as a "dream, a vision, a venture," the actor shared her enthusiasm for taking on a more significant role in the industry that has been a "big and beautiful part" of her life for nearly 20 years.

Reflecting on her journey, Honey mentioned how cinema has enriched her life with learning and friendships. She said it feels like her "duty and destiny" to expand her involvement in the industry. Honey also expressed her gratitude for the support she has received from cinema lovers and hopes it continues in this new venture. "My wish and hope, through HRV Productions, is to give opportunities to the best talents and tell new, entertaining and amazing stories that will take our cinema to greater heights," the actor concluded.

Honey will next be seen as the titular character in debutant director Anandhini Bala's Rachel, jointly scripted by Action Hero Biju director Abrid Shine and poet Rahul Manappatt.
