Aashirvad Cinemas has unveiled Mohanlal's roster of upcoming films slated for release in the months ahead and in 2025. The projects include the veteran actor's directorial debut Barroz, Tharun Moorthy's Thudarum, Prithviraj Sukumaran's L2: Empuraan, Sathyan Anthikad's Hridayapoorvam, and the bilingual epic Vrushabha.

The lineup begins with the 3D fantasy adventure Barroz, which is slated for a Christmas Day release on December 25. Previously, the makers revealed the release date with a video featuring filmmaker Fazil.

Next, Thudarum, directed by Saudi Vellakka-fame Tharun Moorthy, is set to hit theatres on January 30, 2025. Following closely, L2: Empuraan, the sequel to Prithviraj Sukumaran’s blockbuster Lucifer, is slated for release on March 27, 2025. The date for Empuraan had been confirmed earlier as well.

Sathyan Anthikkad’s Hridayapoorvam is another film on the list, currently scheduled to release on August 25, 2025. Wrapping up the announced slate is Vrushabha, a Telugu-Malayalam bilingual touted as a lavish production. It is set to hit cinemas on October 16, 2025.
