Dileesh Pothan is Secretary Avaran in Aashiq Abu's Rifle Club

Rifle Club is jointly scripted by Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, Suhas, and Sharfu

The makers of Rifle Club have unveiled a character poster featuring actor-director Dileesh Pothan, who will be playing the role of Secretary Avaran. The poster shows him in khaki attire, holding a double-barrel gun and striking a piercing gaze. Previously, character posters of 'Big Dawgs' rapper Hanumankind, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, Suresh Krishna, and Surabhi Lakshmi were also released. The upcoming film is directed by Aashiq Abu, who is also serving as the cinematographer.

Rifle Club is jointly scripted by Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, Suhas, and Sharfu. The film's ensemble cast also includes Vishnu Agasthya, Vani Viswanath, Vijayaraghavan, Darshana Rajendran, Vincy Aloshious, Vineeth Kumar, Ramzan Muhammed, Unnimaya Prasad, and directors Senna Hegde and Natesh Hegde. The film has music by Rex Vijayan, editing by V Saajan and production design by Ajayan Chalissery. It is produced by the director’s home banner OPM Cinemas in association with TRU Stories Entertainment.

Dileesh will next appear in I Am Kathalan, helmed by Premalu director Girish A D and starring Naslen. The film is slated for release on November 7.
