Indrajith Sukumaran and a host of other actors are coming together for Kaalante Thankakudam, written and directed by Nithish KTR. The debutant director was the editor of last year's horror thriller, Phoenix.

The first look of Kaalante Thankakudam features Indrajith dressed up as Kaalan or Yama, the Hindu god of death and justice. From the poster, it looks like a quirky fun entertainer.

Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Indrans, Johny Antony, Vijay Babu, Gregory, Jude Anthany Joseph, Ramesh Pisharody, Azees Nedumangad and Shaju Sreedhar are also part of the cast. Vijay Babu is also producing it, which has music by Rahul Raj and cinematography by Sajith Purushan. Co-written by Sujin Sujathan, the film is set to start rolling soon.

Indrajith was recently seen in the Arun Bose-directorial Marivillin Gopurangal. He is also part of Lucifer's second part Empuraan, in which he is expected to reprise his character, Govardhan. There are also reports about Indrajith planning to turn a director soon, but he hasn't officially announced it.
