Ahammed Khabeer wraps a schedule of Kerala Crime Files Season 2

Bahul Ramesh is both the writer and cinematographer for the second season

We had earlier reported that the second season of director Ahammed Khabeer's crime-drama web series Kerala Crime Files went on floors. Now, the Madhuram director took to his social media handle to share that they have finished shooting for a 36-day-long schedule of the series in Trivandrum.

Ahammed's latest venture, Monkey Business, makes its production debut with Kerala Crime Files Season 2. Bahul Ramesh is both the writer and cinematographer for the season. Its technical crew also includes editor Mahesh Bhuvanend, composer Hesham Abdul Wahab, and art director Satheesh Nellaya. 

The second season of Kerala Crime Files will soon stream on Disney+ Hotstar. The first season of the police procedural garnered critical acclaim and audience appreciation, with its depiction of investigation into a murder at a lodge in Cochin.

Meanwhile, director Ahammed Khabeer will be working on an untitled film starring Arjun Das. The film will have music by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
