Anweshippin Kandethum will start streaming on Netflix on March 08, 2024, the makers announced through an OTT release poster. The film is an investigation procedural, starring Tovino Thomas as a police officer who looks into two unrelated murder cases. Anweshippin Kandethum marked the directorial debut of Darwin Kuriakose, and it was written by Adam Joan and Masters fame Jinu V Abraham.

The cast of the film also includes the likes of Indrans, Siddique, Shammy Thilakan, Thankam-fame Vineeth Thattil, Baburaj, Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam star Ramya Suvi, Rahul Rajagopal, and Harisree Ashokan. On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Gautham Sankar, music by  Santhosh Narayanan, and editing by Saiju Sreedharan.

The film got positive reviews and grossed 40 crore rupees at the worldwide box office. Its OTT announcement comes just about a month after its theatrical release. Netflix will stream the film in its original language, along with dubbing in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
