Director Amal Neerad has unveiled Kunchacko Boban's first look from their upcoming film. The poster features the actor holding a gun, promising an Amal Neerad-style action thriller. Notably, it is the first time the actor-director duo is teaming up. The two are also jointly producing the film, shoot for which has already been wrapped up. Also starring the director's wife Jyotirmayi, Fahadh Faasil and Sharafudheen, the film is reportedly eyeing a September release during the Onam season. As confirmed by the makers, its title and details about other team members will be announced on Sunday.

Kunchacko Boban is next looking forward to the release of Grrrr, directed by Ezra-fame Jay K. The film, a comedy, is about man's encounter with a lion in a zoo enclosure. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Anagha and Shruti Ramachandran also star in the film, which is slated for release on June 14.

Kunchacko Boban is currently working on debutant Jithu Ashraf's film, scripted by Shahi Kabir snd produced by Martin Prakkat. The actor also has a couple of films lined up with his Nna Thaan Case Kodu director Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval.
