The makers of Mammootty's Turbo released a new BTS-making video on Tuesday. The film, directed by Vysakh and scripted by Midhun Manuel Thomas, was released worldwide on May 23. The video provides a behind-the-scenes look at the climax fight, featuring the lead actor and Kannada actor Raj B Shetty, who played the antagonist in the film.

Turbo also stars Anjana Jayaprakash, Bindu Panicker, Shabareesh Varma, and Telugu actor Sunil in prominent roles. The film has cinematographer Vishnu Sarma, composer Christo Xavier and editor Shameer Muhammed as part of the core technical team. It is produced by Mammootty Kampany and presented by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films.

An excerpt from CE's review of the film reads: “Though the writing fails him, Vysakh is ably supported by his technicians—cinematographer Vishnu Sarma, editor Shameer Muhammed and composer Christo Xavier. Vishnu employs POV shots to good effect during the fight scenes and chases as it puts us right in the midst of the action."

Meanwhile, Mammootty will be seen next in Bazooka, a high-concept thriller. Directed by debutant Deeno Dennis, Bazooka is currently in the post-production stage.
