Earlier, we had reported that actor Asif Ali would next seen in an upcoming Malayalam film titled Tikitaka. On Sunday, marking his birthday, the makers released a glimpse of the film, which they have termed a curtain raiser. The video showcases Asif Ali as John Denver, who exudes a determined, undefeatable persona. 

Tikitaka is directed by Rohith VS. The film will mark Rohith's third collaboration with Asif Asli after Adventures of Omanakkuttan and Iblis. 

Apart from Asif Ali, Tikitaka stars Lukman Avaran, Wamiqa Gabbi, Naslen Gafoor, Sanchana Natarajan Harisree Asokan and Santhosh Prathap in prominent roles. 

It's important to note that Asif Ali sustained an injury while filming the first action scene for the film, which caused a temporary halt in production. Asif had undergone rigorous training to achieve the physical characteristics of the character.

Tikitaka is bankrolled by Siju Mathew and Navis Xaviour under Juvis Production in association with Adventures company. The film's technical crew consist of Sony Seban handling the cinematography and Chaman Chakko on editing. The film has music composed by Dawn Vincent.
