On Sunday, the makers of the Antony Varghese-starrer Daveed unveiled the character poster of Lijomol Jose as Sherin. Earlier, character posters featuring Antony and Vijayaraghavan had been released. Billed as an action-packed entertainer, the film marks the directorial debut of Govind Vishnu, who co-wrote the script with newcomer Deepu Rajeevan.

The cast of Daveed also includes Saiju Kurup, Kichu Tellus, Jess Kukku and Mohammad Karakki, alongside a team of martial artists. On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Salu K Thomas, editing by Rakesh Cherumadam, music composed by Justin Varghese and action choreography by PC Stunts. It is jointly produced by John and Mary Creative, Century Films, Maxlab and Panorama Studios.

Antony was last seen in Kondal, directed by debutant Ajit Mampally. The RDX actor is also set to star in a sequel to his hit film Ajagajantharam.

Meanwhile, Lijomol also has the SonyLIV web series Blindfold, co-starring Arjun Radhakrishnan and the Tamil film Kaadhal Enbadhu Podhu Udamai as part of her upcoming slate.
