The makers of Suraj Venjaramoodu's ED - Extra Decent, scheduled to release in cinemas on December 20, have dropped the lyric video of the first single, titled Machinmele. The track, composed by Ankit Menon with lyrics by Muthu, features vocals by Farsin Sidhu, who also contributed the rap lyrics. The upcoming film, helmed by Ayisha director Aamir Pallikkal, is scripted by Ashif Kakkodi, who previously wrote films such as Ayisha (2023) and Momo in Dubai (2023).

Billed as a comedy entertainer, ED - Extra Decent marks Suraj Venjaramoodu’s debut as a producer under the banner of Vilasini Cinemas, in collaboration with Listin Stephen’s Magic Frames. The film also stars Dilna Ramakrishnan, Grace Antony, Premalu-fame Shyam Mohan, Vinaya Prasad, Sudheer Karamana, Vineeth Thattil David, Sajin Cherukayil, Prashanth Alexander, Rafi and Shaju Sreedhar. Its technical crew includes cinematographer Sharon Sreenivas and editor Sreejith Sarang.

Suraj was last seen in Muhammad Musthafa's Mura, alongside All We Imagine As Light-fame Hridhu Haroon.
