Earlier, we reported that Aju Varghese, Saiju Kurup, and Johny Antony would star in a film titled Sthanarthi Sreekuttan. It has now been learned that the film has completed the censorship formalities with a U certificate. 

The film wrapped in 2022 and is billed as a children's film set in a school backdrop. Directed by debutant filmmaker Vinesh Viswanath, the film has a script, Viswanath, co-written with Murali Krishnan, Anand Manmadhan, and Kailash S Bhavan. Kailash also serves as the film's editor. 

Sthanarthi Sreekuttan has Anoop V Shylaja as the cinematographer and Athiran-fame PS Jayahari as the music director. It is produced by Nishant Pillai and Muhammed Rafi MA under the banner of Budget Lab Productions.
