Aju Varghese and Dhyan Seenivasan, who have acted together in several films, are headlining a new film titled Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna. Written and directed by newcomers Vijesh Panathoor and Unni Vellara, the film is slated to hit screens on September 15.

From the trailer, which came out on Friday, it's clear that the film aims to be a rural comedy entertainer. Set in a north Malabar village, the story revolves around Dhyan Sreenivasan's character Kannan and Aju's Vidyadharan, both of whom are in a race to get married first. It looks like an attempt to capture the fun moments centred around their desperation. Sudheesh, Nirmal Palazhi, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Navas Vallikunnu, and Sohan Seenulal are also part of the cast.

Here's the video:

Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna, produced by Vilas Kumar and Simi Murali under the banner of Cinematica Films LLP, has Faizal Ali serving as the film's cinematographer and Rathin Radhakrishnan as the editor. While Arun Muralidharan composed the songs, Sankar Sarma handled the background score.
