First schedule of Honey Rose's Rachel wrapped up

The first schedule of Honey Rose-starrer Rachel has been wrapped up. Directed by Anandhini Bala, the film is co-written by director Abrid Shine and poet Rahul Manappatt, based on the latter's story. On completing the first leg of shoot, Honey Rose took to social media to share about her "unique experience."  She called the last 30 days of shooting for the film an "unforgettable chapter" in her life.

Heaping praise on the film's director, Honey wrote, "For the first time in my 18-year long career as a heroine, I had the pleasure of working under the guidance of a dynamic and passionate lady director, Ms. Anandhini Bala, who transformed Rachel into the most ravishing character. Working with you, my friend, was an absolute delight." Acknowledging Abrid Shine's contribution, the actor added, "None of this would have been possible without the ideas and guidance of the renowned director, Abrid Shine sir... Thank you for presenting Rachel to the world."

Rachel also stars Baburaj, Kalabhavan shajon, Jaffer idukki, Radhika, Vandita, Roshan Basheer, Chandu Salim Kumar, Pauly Valsan, Vineeth Thattil, Dinesh Prabhakar, Joji, and Baiju Ezhupunna. Its technical team comprises music composer Ankit Menon, cinematographer Chandru Selvaraj and editor Manoj. 

The film is co-produced by Abrid Shine, Badusha NM and Shinoy Mathew.
