Joju George's maiden directorial finally got launched on Monday in Thrissur. Titled Pani, the film has Joju himself donning the lead role. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Bigg Boss contestants Sagar Surya and Junaiz VP are also acting in the film. It is produced by M Riaz Adam and Sijo Vadakkan.

Cinematographer-director Venu is cranking the camera for Pani. Interestingly, veteran is making his comeback behind the camera after a long gap with Pulimada, which is also headlined by Joju. The AK Sajan directorial is slated to hit screens on October 26.
