As Mohanlal's upcoming film Neru, helmed by Jeethu Joseph, is set to hit the theatres on December 21, the makers released the film's official poster on Wednesday. The film stars Priyamani as the female lead. 

Billed as a legal thriller, Neru has a script that Jeethu Joseph co-wrote with actor-advocate Santhi Mayadevi, who also essayed a crucial role in Drishyam 2. The poster features the lead actors in lawyer gowns. 

It is to be noted that Neru marks Mohanlal's fifth collaboration with Jeethu Joseph after the Drishyam films 12th Man and the yet-to-be-released Ram. 

The film also stars Anaswara Rajan, Ganesh Kumar, and Jagadish in prominent roles. 

On the technical front of Neru, Jeethu has his frequent collaborators—cinematographer Satheesh Kurup, music director Vishnu Shyam, and editor VS Vinayak. Antony Perumbavoor's Aashirvad Cinemas is producing the film.
