We had earlier reported about B Unnikrishnan collaborating with Bheeshma Parvam-writer Devadath Shaji for his next. As per reports, the duo is teaming up for an emotional family drama. Though speculations are rife that Mohanlal will be headlining it, the makers are yet to confirm it. It is worth mentioning that Unnikrishnan and Mohanlal have earlier worked together in multiple films like Madambi, Mr Fraud, Grandmaster, Villain and Aarattu. 

Besides this, Unnikrishnan is also in talks with writers Sharis Mohammed (Jana Gana Mana), KR Krishnakumar (Kooman, 12th Man), Rajesh Raghavan (Aravindate Athidhikal) and Muhammed Shafi (Kannur Squad).

Devadath Shaji, meanwhile, is set to turn a director soon. Cheers Entertainments, the banner that produced Jan.E.Man and Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, is backing the film.
