Shine Tom Chako, Roshan Mathews' Maharani clears censor formalities 

The film will hit the theatres on November 24

The Malayalam film Maharani, featuring Shine Tom Chako and Roshan Mathews as the leads, is set to release on November 24. The film has cleared the censorship process and has been given a U/A certificate.

Directed by G Marthandan, the earlier released teaser of the film suggests that it will be a comedy entertainer about a family of four, with siblings played by Shine Tom Chako and Roshan Mathews and parents portrayed by Johny Antony and Nisha Sarang. 

Maharani is written by Ratheesh Ravi, who is best known for his previous ventures, Ishq and Adi. Maharani is produced by Sujith Balan under the banner SB Films. NM Badusha serves as the co-producer.

The film also stars an ensemble cast including Balu Varghese, Harisree Asokan, Jaffer Idukki, Gokulan, Kailash, Ashwath Lal, Appunni Sasi, Unni Lalu, Adil Ibrahim, Raghunath Paleri, Pramod Veliyanad, Sminu Sijo, Sruthy Jayan, Gouri Gopan, Priya Kottayam, Sandhya Manoj alongside a bunch of other actors.

Maharani's technical team include cinematographer Lokanathan and editor Naufal Abdullah. Maharani has music composed by Govind Vasantha and a background score by Gopi Sundar.
