As reported earlier, Biju Menon is headlining Meppadiyan-fame Vishnu Mohan's next, Kadha Innuvare. The film's shoot was wrapped up on Saturday. Director Vishnu is also producing the film along with Plan J Studios, headed by Jomon T John and Shameer Muhammed.

In a recent conversation with us, director Vishnu revealed that "it's a pure love story that will relate with everyone". The film marks the acting debut of renowned classical dancer Methil Devika. Vishnu had also spoken about how it took a lot of persuasion to convince her. "For one of the major characters in the film, we wanted an elegant woman in her 40s, and we thought it would be refreshing if we could cast someone new, yet popular. Her presence is a huge boost for the film."

Kadha Innuvare also stars Anu Mohan, Nikhila Vimal, Anusree, Hakkim Shahjahan, Siddique, and Renji Panicker. Jomon is handling its cinematography, while edits are done by Shameer Muhammed. Ashwin Aryan is composing its music.
